Salaried, and hourly workers. All of us need to take action. Not just one isolated union, here or there. Because that old way of doing things has simply not been working very well.
At some point it's going to take at least a week long work stoppage across as much of American as we can manage to really get their attention. Do that and then see what kind of bargaining position workers might be better put into. Then you can demand the real negotiations as to what work really needs to become to be what we need for the future; what work needs to be to save the planet so we can have a future at all.
